The heart of the Salt-Drowned Locker, where every wreck the sea takes is stowed, crews included. Ludd Grimtide was a harbourmaster once; now he is Ysmr's quartermaster of the drowned, holding cargo, crew and breath in perpetual escrow. Grimtide gives nothing back — not one bell, not one boy. When the Locker-Lord finally sinks, tell Ysmr the locker stands open.
