The Bloodfen's smallest mouths, and its most traveled. Skitterleeches follow the kingdom's bad water wherever it runs — up the Souring Drains, through the Hollowing Cells, into the Lost Concord and Barrovax's cellar — a scuttling tithe of thirst collected on the Matron's behalf. Alone, one is a nuisance. But the fen never sends one, and they are always faster than the thing they are draining.
