The last tollkeeper of the six crowns. Caldreth took tribute from every king Kierstein ever raised, and when five crowns burned he simply kept collecting — squatting upon the tollgate of the eastern road, hoard swollen with a dead kingdom's fares, eating the messengers your beacons send. He insists, even dying, that the wyrm kept faith. Ask the drowned city, he says. His road opens toward Vael Anore.
