THE RESONANT GEODE

The Resonant Geode once sang every waystar beacon on the road alight, and these were the crystals that held its chorus. Now the Geode sings to a note that no longer exists, and its wardens still keep the old harmonies — shuffling through the cavern, striking down anything that sounds wrong. Everything living sounds wrong. They are not guarding the crystal. They are guarding the silence where the song was.
