When emailing about a purchase or your account, please write from the email address you used to sign in.

Accounts & sign-in

How login works: enter your email in Settings → Account and we email you a 6-digit code. Enter it to sign in — no password to forget. Signing in links your progress to your account so it survives a reinstall.
Didn't get the code? Check spam, wait a minute, and use Resend. Some mail providers delay the first message.
Playing offline: you can skip sign-in and play locally, but your progress then lives only on your device and can't be recovered if the app is deleted. Sign in to keep it safe.

Gold & purchases

Buying gold: open Buy Gold from the roster or the village shop. Purchases are handled securely by Apple; we never see your card details.
Gold didn't arrive? It's safe. Purchases are verified on our server, and a completed transaction is credited even if the app closed — reopen the app while signed in and it will reconcile. If it's still missing after a few minutes, email support@fallenlands.io with your account email and the approximate time of purchase.
Character slots: a new roster slot can be earned for 20,000 gold or bought directly for $9.99. Both cap at five slots.
Refunds: refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. When Apple approves a refund, the matching gold is removed from your balance.

Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Account → Delete Account, or by emailing support@fallenlands.io from your account address. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Tell us what happened, what you expected, and your device model / iOS version. Screenshots help. Send it to support@fallenlands.io — it genuinely helps make the game better.
