Kierstein's Fallen Lands ("the game", "we", "us") is an iOS game. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep collection to the minimum a multiplayer game with accounts and purchases needs. We do not sell your data.
If you play without creating an account, your progress is stored only on your device and no email or account data is collected.
All purchases are made through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple charges you and shares a transaction record with us so we can grant your gold or slot. We rely on Apple's receipt verification and refund notifications; we do not process, receive, or store any payment-card information.
Account and progress data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database (Supabase) and on our game server. Data is protected in transit with encryption (HTTPS/TLS) and access is restricted to the game's own servers.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers that make the game work — Apple (payments, sign-in delivery) and Supabase (database and email sign-in) — and only as needed to provide the service, or where required by law.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Note that Apple keeps its own record of your purchases independently of us.
The game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@fallenlands.io. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
We may update this policy as the game evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
